2023-2024 Summer
We are learning all about Western Europe in Geography. We are looking at the countries that make up Western Europe, their landmarks and the climate. We are learning about Law and Power in History this term. We will be discussing Henry II and English Common Law, The Crusades and Richard the Lionheart, the Magna Carta and much more. Meanwhile in Science, we are putting our Biologist hats on and are studying Cycles in Nature. We will be looking into the seasons and why we have them, animal migration, life cycles of the plant and a frog. Over in RE, we are exploring what Christians mean when they talk about the Kingdom of God. We are studying Architecture in Art this half term, with lots of exciting work coming up like designing and creating mosaics and making and painting relief tiles.
